Оpened in 1951 as District dispensary for cancer early diagnosis, treatment and dispensary observation of cancer. Gradually the dispensary expands and from 2000 year it is renamed to Regional Dispensary for Oncological diseases, with activity – implementation of a comprehensive oncology care, prevention, active investigation, diagnosis and treatment, periodic monitoring of patients with malignant cases. In 31.07.2010 dispensary was re-registered as a The Comprehensive Oncological Center (COC) – Veliko Turnovo EOOD . Has 206 beds for inpatient treatment, diagnostic and consultative unit, hospital pharmacy, administrative and business unit
